second place in my contest went to mewmewpudding! and as the winner she was given the choice to have her fan mew, poppukon inked in any outfit she wanted--i was really tempted to color this one . maybe she will? anywho she wanted poppukon in some sort of dress and this is what i came up with. it was raining and pouring in the town i live in (and there was even a tornado warning! which is not something you'd think they'd have on the upper east coast) so i thought bright and cheery flowers would offset the scar/gray/rainy mood.and gasp! is that an actual hand drawn background? lol! hope you enjoy! sorry she kinda looks possessed--in case u didnt know, i can't draw eyes either, lol!
