Kay. Allow me to explain the interesting name. I wanted it to be Japanese, so i used this english to japanese translator thing online. I typed it the word "primary" because its mostly made up of primary colors. Then i found the word "Puraimari" and thought it was really pretty. Then i used Kami-chan.x3's article about suffixes in her Japanese Pop! world. I found that "heika" meant "majesty". And i used it! I think its really pretty!

About the drawing itself - This is a really different style for me, but I think it turned out pretty good. I chose to outline evrything, and not shade so much. It looks more....animeish? And i know the legs...suck, but whatever. The colors are really good.
