Well this was inspired by GTA4, and it is obviously Niko Bellic. He's a pretty cool character so I decided to draw him up. I can't draw cars to save my life, so the car was left unfinished. >_>;; My instructor gave me a copy of Photoshop, so this is my first submission using that program. I still don't know a lot of the photoshop tricks and techniques; however, I think it turned out fine.
