yep, it's Nemu Kurotsuchi, vice captain of 12th squad and Captain Kurotsuchi's "daughter". I dunno, I just like this manga pic I found of her and drew her : ). Thanks Kubo-sensei for the inspiration/original ^o^! Well, hope you all like : ).
