This character is Shigeru. He's named after the main character in Heaven's Net is Wide. (A good novel, I recommend it.) He is from my series about elementalists, the series STILL doesn't have an official name... Shigeru's hunts the remaining elementalists. That's what the silver tag on his collar symbolizes. He is also of noble birth, which is what the design on his headband displays.
