This is Shiki (and her doll, Mr. Mew) from the Nintendo DS game called "Subarashiki Kono Sekai," (also known as "The World Ends With You," in English) by SQUARE ENIX. (It looks like lotsa fun :) but unfortunately I don't have a DS :P)
I didn't really use ref , so I'm not sure if I did the colors right XD
