The characters are Miles Edgeworth and Phoenix Wright from Ace Attorney, cosplaying Light Yagami and L from Death Note. Edgeworth is Light, Phoenix is L.

I think Phoenix had a bit too much sugar...

They are chibi because I had major art block when I tried to draw them normally. XD
