This is Scylla, a Water Nymph of the Water Continent, or Country. Out of all the leader characters I've made, Scylla is by far the most benevolent. She rules over the oceans and seas throughout the world yet-to-be-named. Due to Scylla's ruling, no one really declares war on the Water Continent/Country.

The thing to the left is Scylla's true form. I decided to have a female water leader for many reasons:
1. I wasn't gonna make a Poseidon.
2. The water is either calm or raging, like women.
And thus, Scylla from Greek mythology was born in anime form. Scylla almost never transforms...
