So, the whole title of this pic is actual "Wishes Are Dreams Put in Words" but, meh, I kinda thought "Wishes Are Dreams" had this certain feel about it. I dunno.

Anywhoo, I drew this semi-emo-punk-ish girl while waiting (for hours) in line for the Fullmetal Alchemist movie (which was awesome by the way). She seemed to go perfectly with this guy I had drawn a few months earlier on some lined paper, so I copied her and pasted her beside him. She's looking up at him all wistfully (wishing he was hers, ya know) and he's looking straight forward not even noticing. Too bad he's on lined paper...it'll be a total drag getting ride of the lines...

It took about 15 minutes in Paint to fix up a bit because the stupid scanner stretched and scrunched part of her head...hope you can't see where. hehe. And because of that some parts are fuzzier than they were in my sketch book, meh. Oh, and almost all of the shading on her pants "poofed" when I scanned it, so I had to try and do it on the computer, which I fail epically at.

Oh, and I drew this about the same time I was reading Aishiteiruze Baby, so I adopted a few minor stylistic things from that manga, you probably won't be able to pick them out, though. heh heh.
