This was drawn in 2005, but the background-foreground was made recently (2008). I decided to re-do the background before I resubmitted this old artwork. Again, it's one of the pieces where I'm happy with both the painting and the linework. I'm also satisfied with the CG background-foreground; it's so overly bright and cheery! What can I say, other than I don't mind drawing kawaii artworks. And when it comes to cute, there are few who are as cute as Iris.

The materials used were CG for the BG-FG; pen and ink, watercolor and acrylic paints for the character. There were some minor CG enhancements on the character (color balance, brightness and contrast).
