lolz Love color XD yesh this is Panda girl’s partner and best buddie. I don't have a name for either of them right now but I will make one :3 they have a little story I'm hoping to make them into a manga.

One day panda girl kidnapped him and gave him all those streaks in his hair and in return she told him to give her streaks like those on her but in the back of her hair not in the front. She also made him the sweater he's wearing and the eye patch. She also made her eye patch and sweater.
His ears are fake they are drawn on by panda girl using those magic crayons he has. Those are some of them around his neck. They are the ones Panda gave to him yes :3
EDIT: she didn't kidnap him out of the blue. They were friends for a long time before she took him one day and didn't let him leave.
