L's appearance+ Light's personality+ Mello's ambition (to surpass L)= Beyond Birthday.
He looks like L, doesn't he?
But he's not a fan character.
If you've ever read the Death Note spinoff novel, Death Note: Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases, you would know who he is.
He's from the Wammy's house, known as "B".
He has the Shinigami eyes.
And he wants to surpass L as the only criminal that L could never catch.

I could've done better on this. I rushed myself XD. I hope he didn't come out smexy because he's a freak compared to L. I think the only difference between L and B is that B doesn't have bags under his eyes (he gets regular sleep. Oh, and L doesn't have the Shinigami eyes of course. I might finish this picture (he's missing a foot XD).
