"I are more than just chemical reactions..." I read that somewhere on someone profile on some art site...I don't really remember where but that quote inspired this picture. Ofcourse I had to change it to "we" because there are five mew mews. I love this picture so much!! It didnt' feel like it took me that long because I had fun drawing it, but it probably took me awhile lol.
Um I guess I should atleast explain the picture a little bit..The mew mews , in the manga, were an "accident" as Ryou stated in the first book. Ryou said that the earthquake made him miss his target or something like that... so these girls were accidently, chemically/genetically enhanced to fight the alien and kirema anima invading earth. But these girls are more than just super crime fighting animal girls, they are humans as well and have lives. Take Ichigo, her love life with masaya is constantly messed up because of her cat ears popping up all the time. annnnddd well basically yeah... WE ARE MORE THAN JUST CHEMICAL REACTIONS!!! okay I'm done now ^^ ( I have no idea what I just wrote...)
