Okay, so this is one of my captains I made up. However, I also created an alternate timeline, far away from the current Bleach storyline, to avoid angry people. In my alternate timeline, a civil war has torn Sour Society in two, and there are two Gotei 13, one on each side. I have a few of the current officers there, but I also put in several of my own. I actually don't have a name for this guy, or a specific company...I did name his zanpaku'to though. It's called Toramaru. All my imaginary captains were created after I created zanpaku'to for them. Ithink that's about it. Don't complain about how I made up captains. It's far away from the current story, so it doesn't matter. And they have no relations to any other characters.
