I photocopied the black & white sketch and started playing with the Copics one night while watching Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on a snowy, blowy night. Highlights on his kimono were done with a Non-photo Blue Prismacolor pencil. It works rather well for highlighting like that. Some of the pencil marks are actually some of the changes I am contemplating for the picture.
