This is a picture of an Ugandan child soldier. In Uganda, a nation in Africa, thousands of children have been kidnapped and forced to become soldiers. This has gone on in the last 20 years without much international awareness. Thus, this picture is used to raise awareness about the issue. It was inspired by a video I saw on Youtube (can't remember the title right now, but it was about Ugandan child soldiers and the music used for the vid was "If Everyone Cared" by Nickelback) On the picture I have a map of Africa just to give a clearer idea of where the problem is occuring. and the person in front is a child soldier (he represents child soldiers in uganda who are forced to kill at a young age). I hope this picture raises awareness of what's going on and also is powerful. I look forward to hearing what you think. Thanks for your time :)!
