Happy New Year, everybody. I haven't posted actual art since November, and now it's almost January! So that's a couple of months...Gah. I think my '08 resolution will be to do more artwork. Anyway- about the picture, I had to resize it to death, and so if it looks wonky, that's why. This is my first NaruHina fanart, despite the fact that they are my favourite Naruto couple. I've just never really had a reason to draw them, and then when thinking what I should do for a New Years picture, I thought, "Hey I should finally do a NaruHina piece!" So there we have it. I'm a firm believer in the fact that Naruto will one day wise-up and see that Hinata is in love with him. Because, she's liked him for far to long for it to go unrequited. Because, to be liking someone and having that person like someone who might be prettier and more populer [ie. Sakura] is like a stab in the heart. [Believe me, I know.] And then again, we all know that Sakura is secretly in love with Rock Lee and is going to forget about all this Sasuke-mess, and be done with him. And Sasuke will be all alone in his angsty-ness to wallow in self-pity and think about what he could've had: best friend, nice girl. But no, he threw it all away for power. But, we'll just have to see what happenes. 'Cause I really do think Naruto and Hinata would be an awesome couple. And none of this "KibaHina" or "ShinoHina" or even "NejiHina" nonesense, she likes Naruto! Not one of her deranged teammates or her cousin, for heaven's sake! Ok. I'm done ranting. Ha. I was going to write a little drabble to go along with this picture, but I never really got around to it so, it didn't get done. Maybe next time I feel like doing NaruHina fanart. Well, enjoy!
