This is just a random Ishvarlan/Ishbalan girl I decided to draw. She has no name, so I don't think she really qualifies as a Fan Character. So I stuck her in the main FMA category instead. I like "Ishvarlan" better than the other names they use sometimes. I don't know why they have so many different names for them. Don't ask me how she's standing up like that given the limbs she's missing. I'm using the excuse that...ummm... Ishvarlans are born with the gift of supernatural balancing skills? Yeah, that. I drew this a while ago (hence the low quality background)But the smudging isn't too too bad. I imagine that she ran into a land mine or something, and that's why she inconviniently lost both limbs on one side... So, if anyone wants to suggest a name, personality or story for her, feel free. I'm thinking she's about 8 years old. Oh yeah...never mind. The smudging is bad. I'M SORRY!
