During the October fires my family was busy to get everything we need together and help out friends and neighbors evacuate. While we waited to see if we needed to leave also I stayed up and drew this pic to show the fear that I felt and what i really wanted. To be held tightly and just cry. But being the second oldest 'child' i had to keep up a strong face and not fall under the pressure like the last time four years ago. This was the only way i could get my feelings out back then. The subject matter is loosely based off of my fanfic 'Sesshomaru's Forbidden Bonds' where he's turned into a mortal and falls in love with a human. Despite her unwavering courage the sudden storm of flames (like the ones happening with me then) terrified her. (YES I KNOW HE DOESN'T HAVE HIS FLUFFY THING.
