Rukia and Hitsugaya from Bleach. Only soul reapers I know of that have ice type zanpaktous. So why shouldn't they be in the same fan art? That and they're short. So, I was trying some snow effects. Kinda a little weird. Still perfecting backgrounds in general. This was also a little more boring than I suspected cause, you know, there's only so many colors you can highlight on those two, haha.
