Please note: This is only my second time drawing chibis,(are these even chibis?)my first time drawing juli, and i spent 108 minutes on this thing. Hopes it shows. This picture also gave me a chance to try out my new splatter brushes.(on juli-chans pants.) I don't think it came out so good...
