Yes Sasuke and Sofy got married and eventually the twins were conceived and in the middle of the pregnancy Sasuke still left for Orochimaru to deal with Itachi and Sofy left with Naruto when him and Jiraiya left and only a while later she left from the sadness and angryness towards Sasuke and left them when they were asleep and failed to find her and let her go thinking she will come back someday :3 Then shortly after Naruto came back, she came back about 2 days afterwards...
