I made this as an entry into chibitarded's love contest :D such a cute and wonderful idea to hold a contest to find the perfect love intrest for her caracter Hitorii. Yay I jumped at the oportunity ok So I have a bio and background all set up. Akio hikaru is one of the few lucky individuals with two chakra natures, water and lightning. He is fun loveing and lighthearted by nature but, he is a genious at chakra shapeing(most people wouldn't think so if they met him). Hikaru crated a powerfull assaination technique that manipulates the water in a human body and the flow of energy through his own body to electrocute his target. He uses his sword Inabi uchi as a medium to conduct the lightning because it is too dangerous to use his own body directly. So thus even at his yung age Hikaru was invited into the anbu ranks. He is sent on anbu missions from time to time but is usualy working under cover as a chunnin. Few people know he is anbu so he covers up his tattoo when undercover :D and win working for anbu they call him by the codename Inabi Uchi. To his peers hikaru dosn't look talented but is always usefull in a team, he even knows a bit of healing jutsu (he learned from his siter), in front of people who don't know he is in anbu he calls his sword "Inabiko". Hikaru is somewhat two-faced on the outside he seems likeable and funny but, deep down inside he is consumed by the search for his twin sister the missing nin from konoha Akio Hikari (which is one of his anbu missions) Feel free to change anything do that this character can fit well in to your story, chibitared :D thank you for includeing me in this contest it was a lot of fun.
