I love the anime Chobits. So i wanted to see if i could draw Chii. If you haven't noticed I like taking modern day characters and buting them in mystic eras like I have done here. Not only that, i wanted to see if i could still draw a dragon... (doesn't look like one to me lol.) What I like about this one, is the face and hair, i finally got it to look right!
