Well, this is Rei's little 11-year-old sis, Asuka. Named after Asuka Langley (?) off of Evangelion. She's an alchemist (that explains the glove on her right hand) She can harness some blueish energy source from that glove. Why is Asuka so sad? Well, she's mentally disturbed. After trying to bring back her best friend who got shot by gangsters while playing hopscotch, 1, she lost both her legs (her legs are automail) and 2, she often cuts herself and stuff until a year later, so that sorta makes her emo, except for the fact that her family and friends give her the strength to move on and hopefully to never confront Resent, the humunculous her best friend became.....
