This is Haruhi in her SOS Brigade Space Force clothes from episode 11 of the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I decided to draw this after I watched episode 11 the other night.
The title on the top says:
"Day of Battle"
and the title to the right is the title of the anime, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya which in Japanese, is Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu.
The title on the bottom is:
