hooray i made an oc on oekaki! do any of you know a website i can RP this character on? it just came up in my mind... i heard someone talking about a website where you can RP your own naruto character DO NOT USE THIS PICTURE NOR CHARACTER DESIGN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. and of course the jepg REALLY screwed up the bright colors >.> but i had no choice...
