It's been a while since I did a fan art especially with MS Paint. I did Haru from Studio Ghibli's "The Cat Returns." The image is from the ballroom dance scene when she is dancing with Baron. If you're all wondering why is the background so wierd in color, it's because of a transparent piece of fabric that is part of Haru's ballroom costume. Again, there is a limitation to color choices in MS Paint, so you gotta go with what you have available. Not the best of my fan arts done in MS Paint, but it was still fun to create.
