This is a combination of two icons I saw. One was a girl with tatoo-like wings on her back, and the other was a girl with the quote "I'm only happy when it rains". I really liked them and I decided I would try to combine them in my own way.^^ please comment and tell me what you think!! P.S.umm...i have a question too, does any one know an outlining marker I can use that won't bleed when colored over by other markers? sharpies don't work!!(personal experience) I'm stuck outlining my own work until I can get photoshop or something.
