So I realize this is quite different from my usual fare, but that was the entire point behind it. I love my cutesy stuff to death, but I need to learn to draw darker things if I wanna get anywhere with serious manga-making. Hence, I've got my little Sci-fi boy, Zaki, here to represent my experimentation. The entire thing was done in pen, and I did no touching up after scanning other than to resize it for posting. Nada.
