I WAS BORED! REALLY BORED! It took me forever to do the skirt! The cape with supposed to be like the skirt but I did NOT feel like doing all that again! Greens, blues, yellows, whiles, reds... @.@ GOOD LORD! Took so freakin long!XD Don't ask why I drew it though... I have no clue why... I was looking up bagpipes and picture came up and I felt like drawing it. XD
