My submission for the Breast Cancer Awareness Contest. I probably don't stand a chance of winning anything, since there are already so many lovely pieces entered, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. It's for a good cause! Anywho, my concept's pretty straightforward. It's basically a warrior angel of sorts, scarred from having her breasts removed, but still fighting strong. I really aimed to convey strength and perseverence through this piece. She's not going down without a fight! Original sketch was inked using Adobe Illustrator, then colored in Photoshop.
