yeppers... another tutorial. >o> I figured I'd bore everyone today. lol actually, this one I think is very useful and gives away how I do alot of my best effects as in the "robot code" and "keaton mask" drawings I uploaded. btw, combining this with the sparkles really makes for a nice shimmering effect. highly recomand the combo to anyone.
