Another Hokuto in 'cool version'. Who is Hokuto? He is my favorite character from B'T X. ^^ I coloring it with Adobe Photoshop CS 2 with a litlle bit effect. I made the line art with Manga studio. I created it background by myself. ^^ (I was wrote the tutorial at my site) O yeah, I made that with track ball mouse. So the result not too good. I wish I have wacom tablet. But I don't have T___T
