Li Meifon from Angel Links. Y'know, before I saw the show, I didn't think I'd like Li AT ALL. She just looked like your typical headstrong (and fanservicey) girl. But after seeing the series, I was greatly surprised! She's really badass and quite likeable ... aside from the gratuitous fanservice. Kosei is still my favorite character, though.
