ooo the colors look great! this is really well done..for some reason the colors stand out really well the only thing id remove would be the pink symbol on her cheeck(the color is too bright) other than that it looks great ^^

Wow, she's very pretty! Though it probably sounds a little weird, I've always had a thing for female characters with green eyes and red hair! Very nice use of design here. Though you may want to work on your proportions (head to body, foot to leg, leg length & width to upper body proportions), I really like how you drew this character. In addition to your proportions, you may also want to work on how you draw hair. Her bangs, scalp and such look too small for her head and fore-head. Plus, I'd also work on the bangs and pony-tail, and make them look more like textured, soft hair, rather then a solid object. Regardless, this is still a spectacular piece. You distinguish yourself from the multitude of other artists on this site with your keen character design concepts and wonderful skill at figure-drawing. Her eyes look vibrant and full of life, her pale, grayed skin is oddly appealing (something I could never do with that skin-color), and the black fabric with the red flame design looks spectacular. Your choice of clothing design is also incredible. I love the light shoulder-pads (is that what they're called? Sorry, I'm terrible at clothes) and the sleeves, as well as the choice of shape for the skirt and shirt. The boots are nice, but I'd make them a bit higher and the feet a bit bigger. The emblem (or is it a tattoo?) on her chest also looks great. I'd loose the pink zig-zag/bolt on her cheek though, or at least make it a different color. That bright pink contrasts a bit too much with the rest of the character. You also may want to fill in the holes made by the chain in the mace with the back-ground color. They look like they've been left white. (I'm sorry if I'm coming off as critical. Please forgive me if I am, I'm just trying to help you through suggestions.) Anyway, fantastic job on this character. I'd love to see you draw more of her. In fact, I'd love to see you draw more, period. You're a very good artist, and you show a lot of potential! Just work on making the hair bigger, softer and more detailed, and maybe check your figure proportioning, but other then that and maybe that zig-zag/bolt, keep this lovely character the way she is. She's very cute and has a lot of personality. You know, I'd love to learn some of your character design processes from you if you're willing to teach me. Feel up to it? :)

Yeah, the background isn't very good, but I'm still learning how to use the PhotoShop stuff. I'll get better ^-^ (practice makes perfect)
