Unless your using Mac there's a way to download SAI as well since one of my friend's using SAI on her Mac :'>
huaargghh I wish I could use different programs too but SAI's the only decent one that I could use without lagging way too much;;

yeah! it doesn't seems too bad or difficult if u set the marker tool on low opacity and colour on it OvO thought the results turn out to be really really transparent so duplicate multiples of it would helpp

The colors are amazing and I love the folds in her dress^^ You did this all in one layer?! o.o I would fail miserably if I tried that...nice work^^
