the half chibi thing you have going on looks cool too!
one thing i will sugjest though is that you should make the boys hair shiney like the girls hair to keep up consistency in the work,because you didnt kinda keeps the eye to wind more and away from lester

The coloring is awesome! I like the lighting in it and the character design of the girl. Her hair looks amazing. ^^
