Dresses and hands can be the world’s worst when it comes to drawing, with all the detail and whatnot. Get one thing wrong, and the whole picture looks off. =/ Practice makes perfect, and I think you’ve come a long way…but you were good from the start. No matter how good one is, they can still improve. ^_^
I look forward to seeing the finished product. No doubt that it will be awesome. ^_^ The wind was a nice touch, ‘specially with her ribbon.

don't worry about the dress, i think you did well on it! especially those ruffles on it, it makes it looks really elegant. and i like how you drew the hair blowing in the wind, it;s very innocent indeed. she's pretty! and great job!
Yes, drawing dresses with many intricate folds and creases is difficult and time-consuming. That said, I applaud your drawing her, since she is one of the more difficult characters to draw. Looking that at the artwork of CLAMP is a very good start, since they do very good work at drawing lots of details in their clothing designs. Well done!
