Wow this is really a hard picture to comment.So many colours and details I just love the lineart style for the face and wings.

ooh, nice profile and an awesome pose! the wings are cool too. and i like the sort of "misty" coloring- gives it a more "sky-like" effect. maybe she's happy because she wanted to be human.
