The shading does look good, and the face is positioned well. You need to work on getting the eyes at the same level though. That's a really difficult thing to do, but that's why we have erasers...and I go through a LOT of them.... The only other thing I'd say is that the breasts are currently different sizes. They, too, are difficult to draw right, but...also...that's why we have erasers. I'm surprised my lungs aren't filled with the shredded remains of all the erasers I've killed over the year...hmm...maybe they are??
