Everything looks good to me: the eyes are well drawn; the nose is well done too (you say that you have a problem drawing nose... Well I do not see what might be wrong with it) and the hair are really good. Just one thing... The neck...It's not the way it should be. Someday I’ll tell you what it is wrong with it. ^_~
