well last time i stopped by here there was only 39 comments...and i had statd my opinion and i really dont feel like saying it again. but i WILL do a breef summery: i dont like the Fan Characters (OC) section thingy...sorry to all u ppl that obhect with me, but ya know what i really dont care. sigh. i cant believe this. one TINY arguement (well not so tiny anymore) and we're all falling apart likw this!? i always considered a lot of my fellow Otakus as familiy. now we're all against eachother. its really sad and im against argueing about this. but look at this? im arguing!!! ya wanna know whyyyyy??? its because i'm human. i think that resorting to arguing or vioulence is just a part of human nature. so yea yesterday i put up a piccie of keiko and neji together and i put it in the Naruto section just cuz it had a cannon charrie. well sigh... im not really sure what to say. im not trying to sound smart or anything cuz i find that stupid and its an easy way to humiliate yourself. im just stating whats on my mind and im going to put it up. well here goes. ♥_♥ Ookami-san PS good piccie of pinklemon ^ ^ im voting and favig this!!! ♥

Dude, that's what the section was MADE for. To put characters you made up in it. So that everyone would stop fighting about original characters being in the same section as the anime. And now we're starting new fights? *rolls eyes* This is so dumb. If you're on Otaku, then at least do Adam and the other mods a favor and obey the rules. They moved the pic to this category because it's where it belongs. -Fan Characters (OC)- You made it as a fan of the show. It does not belong in the anime because the creator did not make this character. Plain and simple. That's what this new section was made to do. I thought this would finally solve all the arguing over oc's being in the wrong category, but obviously you can't deal with it for whatever reason. Besides, you don't run the site so let Adam and the mod team have some time to work things out! They are people too, you know. The section was made for people with characters that they made to go with an anime. That's why fan characters automatically go into that section. And trying to change it will just get you into trouble. Besides, they did say that they were going to add subcategories so it will be easier to find certain fanart. good grief, not again... ok, we've all said this before at one point, and if you havent then shut up; if you WANT to put your oc's here, then by all means, put them there. if you DONT want them there, then dont put them there. that's the beauty of this site! even if it doesnt make sence to the rest of us, you can put you art work in any catagory! personaly, i wont either, but i'm not making a sceen over it. things had JUST settled down, and you start it back up. no offence is meant, btw, i'm just saying. adam put it there for people who want to put their ocs' in it. thats for them to decide. *sighs* now, please stop posting these type of pics that get everybody going... I consider this change a good one. I am very sorry, but sometimes it is a little annoying to look for some fanart of the official characters and mostly see original characters. Don't misunderstand me. I like good original inventions, jet I prefer to see them categorized in appropriate subsections in Original Character area. Lets just try and adapt to this. I assure you that in the end it will turn out to be advantageous for everyone. Of course, we can't expect everything will be perfectly brilliant from the very first moment. That is only until all the problems are solved and categories are ordered. There is no use to try and attack each other because of this. Why not make our Theotaku family a friendly and accepting one? I'll definitely make a toast to this. Cheers!

I agree with Kimmeh. I mean hello if you are gonna be on site then at least follow the rules. I mean think about it Adam and the Mods. have spent A LOT I mean A LOT of time on making the Otaku. Just one person with a few people who agree it not gonna change the fact that they have an OC category. I mean I am happy that they have this NOW! I mean I have been saying that to some of of my friends ever since I got on the O ~was about year and a half ago~ and now that they did it I am as happy as I can be!! Just tag your pictures and ask your friends to tag your pictures with like their username or something like that and you can find it. I do that all the time and my friends have no problem in trying to find my pictures. Man just have some respect and grow up a little bit. ~.::Chimoko::.~

Ok so the OC catagory has some probs but they're easily fixed so in the comments below (you know where you're writing your flames right now) just say what Anime its from! and if you have troubles finding your friends art go to her/his profile and look at the pics from there! And pictures with a charater from the series and a OC should go in mic Anime section. with all that to say... everyone who runs this site is working hard to solve this problem and if you don't follow the new rule you might get kicked off the site (I'm not gonna do it but some one else might) So if this continues 4 things could happen... 1. nothing 2. Your art gets moved to the OC section anyway 3. Your art is deleted 4. You get kicked off the site so try and be a good sport about this! Everything will be fine once this settles down. (I'm not trying to flame you >.< I promise! Its just a warning!)

ok i dont like this whole system just like most of you. i personally would like to put my fan characters in the catogorie that satrted it all. but adams just one guy, and along with the rest of the staff, theryre doing the best job they can. and witth evryone saying 'your childish' and 'were opposing!!!!' news flash!!!! NO ONES HELPING THE SITUATION!!!!!! DUUUUUHHHHHHHHHH! none of you! no matter how calm you are, no matter how smart you sound, people are going to oppose! so you know what? take the otaku as it comes let it fix itself and i guess we'll just find out what happens. all this nonsence about sides just put stress on everyone, and no one really wants it, so plese will everyone just sit back, breathe, and think about everyones thoughts for once?

Is this honestly going to kill you to put your character there? They finally come up with a solution for this stupid oc problem and everyone bashes it. That hub is work in progress, and everyone's working hard to make us happy. If you tag the pictures right, you shouldn't have any problem finding them (all of the ocs that is)! If you have a Naruto character... just tag it with Naruto. Then when you type in or click that tag word, every picture marked with Naruto will pop up including all of the ocs, which sorta puts it back in the category, but not all the way. That's kinda what tagging a picture is for!

Um...couldn't you just ask the artists to add the title of their o.c.'s to the captions,thus making it easier to find?Please don't cvomplain about something if you haven't even tried it yet.Fighting's not good... -.-;

Well, I don't absolutely like this new category thing either... -_-'' It's so hard to find all the KH O.C.'s that I love looking at!!! @_@(That's the only category I look at the O.C.'s now adays... ^^'') It's so hard!! T^T But then again, I don't think that objecting like this will help anything... I'm sure EVENTUALLY, they will make sub categories for our favorite animes (I don't know how to find the sub category things though... ^^'') will come soon. We can't really change it anymore, and I'm sure that the other mods. are trying to straighten this whole mess out too... I won't really agree with i.luv.kiba-san's or your opinion about this, but I'll have to say... you can't say you'll never put any of your pics in the new oc catagory because you just did for one thing. But you also shouldn't try and object. If you feel that way, then just don't post it there. If you put up a piccy about it, there will be mass chaos again.... I'm sure theotaku moderators know that finding your friends' art or art from one catagory will be hard because of this whole thing. Just give it time Kazusa-chan. If you don't want to post it there, just don't. If you do something like this, you might get in trouble. Though it is true that things get difficult with this new OC catagory, we'll have to learn to deal with it, because it's what we asked for isn't it?

If the founder ppl changed the site, it must be to help us. We owe them our respect and I think what they say should go because they do have our best interest at heart.

um...not meaning to be harsh....but there's not much we can do about this, it is there? and OC haters have been pissed for awhile. besides, if you put your name (i.c. your OTAKU name) under the tags, we chould be able to find our friends artwork, right? or put them under artist tracker. i kno this is about originality, and categorization(O_o that is a LONG word), but TMM isn't our work. and neither in InuYasha or FMA. we may be influenced by it, but we didn't create it. so, i beleive it's perfectly fair for there to be a new category-not that i love it either-and devote this solely to the true original characters. ♥♥♥♥♥ichigo ame♥♥♥♥♥♥
