I think it turned out great! His facial expression is very nice. I can see why it would be very hard since lots of flowey hair is difficult. One recommendation though, when it comes to hair, don't stiffen up. I can tell that you spend some time on the hair which is good! But...hair...especially anime hair, is supposed to be light and free looking so loosen up your hand and just let you fingers guide you when you draw the hair because then it will loosen up and appear more natural.^_^
