I don't see the huge problem, yes I know it seems like plagerizing or whatever but some on it ain't that bad, not everyone is going to be able to create a challenge which is SO different from others, theres been so many challenges made, there's bound be one or two similar contests... anyway I wanted to join this challenge but now I can't well this sucks...

I don't read the challenges and I never will since reading every single one is on the verge of having too much time on your hands.

Perhaps you should change this. Someone's already hosting a very similar challenge to this, if it's not already exactly the same. Not to mention your prizes aren't as 'grand' as the others'. And plus, I'm pretty sure not as many people will enter if you choose not to change your challenge's purpose since it's pretty much a duplicate. Just sayin'.
um can i pick a picture and write a quote on it cuz i have to get photoshop and i am not getting it any time soon but i will give credit to the person i just want to know if it is ok

You should check the other active challenges before creating a new one, there have been several situations of duplicate challenges because of people not doing this. This is not a mean comment, it's just advice; if you don't check, the mods will believe you plagiarized the challenge.
i dont read any of the challenges so i dont know about any similarities. and 2nd this is for the villains not bad boys and supposed to be more on the darker/negative side
