This is one of the older ones made by PhotoImpact X3, as thus I regret the border but other than that I like it, they have the look that goes with the title of the card ~ Laughs ~ I thik the vackground colours frame the image quite well and though it doesn't look completely right, the border does look like something that has just been involved in a food fight lol!
