I would choose Hibari Kyoya, because he pretty much makes everything he lays his eyes on, into his personal property. Including your ass.

-His stage would be Nammimori Middle, where else? No one messes with his school and leaves with their arms attached.

-His theme music would be the chilling piano music that plays every time he enters a scene.

-His special move would be "Cambio Forma: Alaude's Handcuffs" that can be upgraded to VERSION X later on. Not only does this allow you to restrain and crush your opponent, but Version X makes your tonfas improve - and allows you to don a bosozoku jacket.

Hibari is pretty much just below god, as far as power goes.
