I really dislike Delphine Eraclea from Last Exile. She was in no small way, a witch. Responsible for the ugly deaths of all my favorite characters, I cursed at the screen almost every time she appeared. *laughs* She is supposed to be a selfish, cruel villain, and she accomplished her task MORE than well enough.
