I just saw this [Original Image] and fell in love with the artwork. This guy made me think of Pokemon, I think he looks like a Gijinka of Charizard ^^ ...Obviously, he isn't, but nevermind!

I just added a couple of overlays to change the colours, and then added the bars. Simples.
