Okay I think Shinpachi from Gintama is annoying...Well maybe not much people watch this show, but if you do you know what I mean. Shinpachi is always yelling and thinks he knows it all. He tries to save people when he can only save himself. He is a fan of this singer named Otsuu (Always screaming or her), but I dont think he is a fan he is obsessed. Thats what mostly I hate about him.
